Harry Meyer Kantor

Mr. Kantor Holds BA and LLB Degrees fro the University Cape Town, South Africa.
He has been in active legal practice in Harare for approximately 45 years with Kantor and Immerman, previously as Senior Partner and presently as a Senior Consultant.
Mr. Kantor is a Director of various companies, a former member of the Law Development Commission of Zimbabwe and was the External Examiner in Conveyancing and Notarial Practice at the University of Zimbabwe.
Group Chief Executive Officer
Tawanda is the founder of the Lifestyle Holdings Limited Group. He holds a Bachelor of Law Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe ands a certificate in International Conflict Resolutions Studies from the University of Uppsala Sweden and is a registered legal practitioner, having practiced as a partner of Kantor and Immerman Legal Practitioners until march 1998. He is a registered Estate Administrator and a Partner of Mtetwa and Nyambirai Legal Practitioners.
He is the former Chairman of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, the largest telecommunication company in Zimbabwe for the last eight years and thus has played a role in the company's growth to become the largest company in the country by the market capitalization and profitability. He is now a board member of Econet Wireless Global. After leaving Kantor & Immerman in 1998, he joined NMB bank, a Zimbabwe Bank listed on the Zimbabwe and London Stock Exchanges and become head of Corporate Finance of the Bank. In 2001, he established TN Financial Services, the leading advisory firm in the country.
Joyce Mudavanhu holds a Bachelor of Banking degree from the University of South Africa and is an associate member of the Institute of Bankers of South Africa. She worked for NMB Bank as a back office clerk before she was promoted to the bank's treasury department, and then to the corporate finance department where she was responsible for the financial lease portfolio and was involved in the setting up of an active stock market trading desk that managed both proprietary and client stock market investments.
Joyce was one of the first employees of TN Financial Services, with responsibilities over special projects, Joyce has been involved in every significant transaction undertaken by the TN Financial Holdings Group since its formation, including the setting up of TN Medical Zimbabwe, until her appointment as the Managing Director of TN Capital (Private ) Limited, a company held by the controlling shareholder of the TNFH Group. She presides over asset portfolios that exceed $15 million. These portfolios include urban land that is being prepared for residential development exceeding 70hactres in extent, some developed properties, stock market investments, farming operations, a start up gold mining operation, in addition to the interests in the TNFH Group.
Beatrice Mtetwa holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of Botswana and Swaziland. She worked as a prosecutor in Swaziland and in Zimbabwe from 1981 to 1989. Beatrice went into private practice in February 1989. She sits on the Boards of various charitable organisations including the Media Institute of Southern Africa, the African Advisory Board of Article 19, Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights and on two of Zimbabwe's independent newspapers as well as on the board of regional newspapers. She is immediate past President of the Law Society of Zimbabwe. Beatrice also sits on the Boards of the Zimbabwe Independent and Standard Newspapers, the Mail and Guardian Media Group and Pioneer Africa Corporation.
She has won various international awards in recognition of her defense of freedom of expression and freedom of the media. These include the 2003 Liberty / Justice and Law Society Human Rights Lawyer of the Year Award, the New York based Committee to Protect Journalists International Press Freedom 2005 Award, the 2006 London based index on Censorship Press Freedom Award in the Law Category, the 2008 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Committee to Protect Journalists, and the 2009 Sydney and Felicia Kentridge Award by the General Council of the Bar of South Africa.
Beatrice is currently senior partner at Mtetwa and Nyambirai. She is an experienced legal practitioner who was a partner at a leading Harare Law firm, Kantor and Immerman Legal Practitioners, before setting up Mtetwa and Nyambirai.
Richard Anderson Summers
Richard is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (FCIS) and a Public Accountant. He is also a non-executive director of TN Financial Holdings Limited and the Chairman of the National Body of the Society for the prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
He recently retired from Cairns Holdings Limited after a combined service with Astra Holdings Limited of just under 30 years. From 1996 to 2000 he was the company secretary of Astra Industries Limited. With the demerger of the Astra Group in 2001, he moved to Cairns Foods Limited.
He has been actively involved in Animal Welfare for many years and during this period, has held the positions of Chairman of the National Body of the Society For The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Vice Chairman of the Harare SPCA, Financial Director of the National Body and Treasurer of Harare SPCA.
In 2009 he was elected as a member of the Marketing and Strategy Committee and the Investigations Committee of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Zimbabwe and in 2010 was elected as a Council Member of the Institite and a member of the CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Committee.
Nathan holds a Master of Science Degree (MSc) in Strategic Management from the University of Derby, a Masters in Business Administration Degree from Charles Stuart University, an Associate Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from ICS, a Higher National Diploma in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma in Management Services from Harris College in United Kingdom, a Masters and Bachelor of Theology Degrees from the Living Waters Bible College (Satellite-Vision International University, USA), and certificates in Industrial Engineering and Management Services.
Mr Nhira is currently the Pastor and Provincial Overseer of the Apostolic Faith Mission in Zimbabwe and has served the church for the past seven years. Mr Nhira started his professional career in 1979 as a Work Study Officer at Berkfield Consolidated Textiles, a position he held until he left in 1983. He then joined Dunlop Zimbabwe Limited and its associated companies initially as an Assistant Industrial Engineer in May 1983 and rose through the ranks to be the Managing Director of Rubber Products Manufacturers in February 2002, a position he held until April 2009. Mr Nhira is a fellow of the Institute of Management Services (FMS), Institute of European Industrial Engineers (Euro I.E.), and ZimbabweInstitute of Management (FZIM). He is also a an Associate member of the Institute of Personal Management of Zimbabwe and the Plastics and Rubber Instititute. Mr Nhira is a Non-Executive Director of Zimplow Limited, Rubber Products and Manufacturers (Private) Limited, Namapees Enterprises (Private) Limited, Harare Institute of Technology, and MMD Global.
Rugare qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and Touche in 1985 after serving articles of clerkship from 1983 to 1985 in Harare. He has accumulated vast Corporate Financial and General Management experience at Executive Director level.
Rugare is also a board member of Kingdom Meikles Limited. He has worked in various capacities which include: Chief Operating Officer for Econet Wireless International Johannesburg, Managing Director of Econet Wireless (Pvt) Ltd, and Finance Director of Econet Wireless (Pvt) Ltd. He was also Depuity Regional Finance Director and later, Divisional Director of Lonrho Africa and Zimbabwe, and Chief Accountant First Merchant Bank. Rugare holds an MBA (Merit) from the University of Zimbabwe and a B Acc (Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe.
Simba A. Mangwende
Simba holds a B (Compt) Honours Degree from the University of South Africa and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. In 1995 Simba worked as an Audit Manager at Coopers Lybrand Zimbabwe from 1995 to 1996. He then joined International Finance Corporation in 1996 as an Investment Officer Africa Enterprise Fund, a position he held for one year. He joined Modern Furnishers Works in 1997 and successfully arranged a leveraged buy-out of Dunlop Africa Zimbabwe's timber interests.
Simba subsequently acquired a controlling stake in Tedco through a reverse take-over using the industrial interest acquired from Dunlop in 1997. In 2004 Simba successfully negotiated with Sternhoff Africa, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sternhoff International Limited listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange for them to acquire a 50% stake in Tedco's furniture manufacturing division. Simba is the co-founder of Interfin Merchant Bank and sits on the board of Lifestyle Holdings Limited, Africom Holdings Limited, and Strategies Holdings Limited.
Boyman V. Mancama
Boyman holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Economics from the University of London. He also holds a diploma in Theology from the Theological Education by Extension College, South Africa. Boyman joined Tedco Board as the Non-Executive Chairman on 1 July 2007. Boyd started his career in 1965 at Shell Developments (Pvt) Ltd, Bulawayo Depot where he worked in various positions including bulk fuel dispatch, cashier and stock control. He joined Anglo American Corporation of South Africa Limited in 1970 as a Public Relations Officer and was then promoted to the position of Divisional Manager, a senior position which was the first to be held by a black employee in the Anglo American Corporation Group at the time. He rose the ranks and was appointed Executive Director, a position he held until his departure form Anglo American in March 1998.
In 1981, Boyman was appointed a member of the Agricultural Marketing Authority, a parastatal board that was mandated to raise funding for the Cold Storage Commission (Cold Storage Company Zimbabwe), Cotton Marketing Board, Dairy Marketing Board (now Dairiboard Zimbabwe Limited), and the Grain Marketing Board. In 1976, he was appointed a trustee of the Conservation Trust of Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe National Environment Trust). He became a member of the Executive Committee in 1978 and was elected Vice-Chairman in 1984 before being elected Chairman in 1989, a position he still holds today. He is a founder member of the Regional Advisory Council of IUCN (World Conservation Union), Commonwealth Association for Corporate Governance (CACG), and private sector advisory group of the World Bank on Corporate Governance. He is the past Chairman of Board of Governors, Arthur Sheryl Cripps Children's Home and now Council Member of the National St John's National Association of the Order of St John for the Republic of Zimbabwe.
Boyman sits on the boards of Eagle Insurance Company Ltd, National Tyre Services Ltd, Pearlsard Travel Agent (Pvt) Ltd, and Thanad Associates (Pvt) Ltd.
Dr. Gerald Kadzirange
Non-Executive Director - TN Medical
Dr. Gerald Kadzirange is a Physician and a holder of a Masters Degree in Internal Medicine. He is a Lecturer in the Department of Medicine at the UZ, Physician in charge of the HIV Clinic at Chitungwiza Central Hospital, An Associate Director with the Zimbabwe Aids Prevention project and runs his own private practice.
Dr. Kadzirange is currently involved in research programs which include Shaping Health of Adolescent Females sponsored by NICD. He has held various positions and Honours which include Senior Registrar post Qualification University of Zimbabwe and Pfizer Africa HIV Board Member.
Dr. Kadzirange has contributed several peer-viewed publications in the medical field.
Dr. Edson Chikumba
Non-Executive Director: TN Medical
Edison Chikumba graduated with Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree (MBCH) in 1988. He worked as intern at United Bulawayo Hospitals (UBH) and Mpilo Hospitals for two years then served as a medical officer in the ZNA for five years.
In 1994, he did a Diploma in Anesthetics (DA). Thereafter, he worked as a family/general practitioner and casualty officer at Avenues Clinic and South Medical Hospital. Dr. Chikumba once worked as a Doctor for Apex and Radio 1 (as radio doctor). From 2000 to 2003 he did Master's degree in Anesthetics and is at present working as a consultant anesthetist.
He is Chairman of the Council of Affiliated Associations (CAA) for Zimbabwe Medical Association (ZIMA)
